Our 50-minute or 90-minute one-on-one virtual grief coaching session provides dedicated time and personalized support to help you navigate the challenges of loss. In a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment, you'll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward healing at your own pace. Each session is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move forward while honoring your loved one and your journey.

The Monthly Package includes one 50-minute individual grief coaching session each week, providing you with a steady and supportive coaching environment throughout the month. Each session offers the same compassionate, individualized support as a single grief coaching session, with the added benefit of consistency, accountability, and ongoing support throughout the month.

Our support group offers a safe, caring space to share, listen, and feel understood.
Healing can be strengthened through connection. Our 30-minute virtual group grief coaching sessions provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals to share experiences, gain encouragement, and learn practical coping strategies alongside others navigating similar journeys. Guided by a certified grief coach, each session fosters understanding, reflection, and mutual support in a safe and respectful environment.
Pricing: Group sessions start at $45 per person for two participants. The cost is reduced by $5 per person with each additional participant, making support more accessible as your group grows. Groups of 6 or more: Please visit the Contact tab on our website to reach out for additional information and pricing, as groups of this size fall under our workshops and speaking engagements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure appointments are managed effectively and to accommodate other clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all virtual appointments:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your virtual appointment, you must notify us by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your virtual appointment altogether, you must notify us by email at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend your scheduled virtual appointment without providing the required notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with insufficient notice.
